PRODUCTION METHOD: We re-craft each Whiskey barrel lid with deliberate care. This includes realigning the barrel slats and attaching them to a backer board to make a sturdier, more fortified product. Each piece is then lightly sanded, carefully sealed, and printed to specification. We also install hanging hardware on the back which consists of a heavy duty D-ring, completing the piece and ensuring it is display, hang-on-the-wall ready.
AUTHENTIC – Used Distillery Barrels direct from Tennessee Whiskey and Kentucky Bourbon refineries. Most heads will have a unique stamp on the front which designates its time/date/location of use, but some do not depending if it was the top of the bottom of the barrel. They all contain the faint smell of aged whiskey. We craft each barrel head carefully and stand behind our products.
